We foster a culture of holistic care by enabling all residents to achieve their optimum health goals. The Social and Recreational programs are led by the Senior Occupational Therapist and consists of a fulltime activities coordinator and a social & recreational assistant. However, a unique attribute of the social and recreational programs in Clarenbridge nursing home is the involvement of all staff members. This denotes a more inclusive and homely atmosphere and provide residents and staff with the opportunity to spend quality time together on a daily basis. The social and recreational programs are tailored to resident’s individual interests and offers a vibrant choice of outings, group activities and events.   • Health promotion workshops; smoking cessation; dietary advice; alcohol detoxification;
