At Abbot Close we love our baking. The residents are a dab hand at it, and create some wonderful cakes, cup cakes,pies  and bread. We will be baking some wonderful creations for our up and coming afternoon tea this Friday the 5th October. We are very lucky  in Abbot Close to have a beautiful dog called Abbey who comes to visit us each week. Abbey is a Bichon Frise breed. She has a beautiful nature, and all of the residents look forward to her visit. Abbey has a wonderful owner who volunteers  hers and Abbey's time to visit us. The organisation is the Irish therapy dogs who provide a wonderful service. ...Read more »
